Talk therapy

Online or in-person, talk therapy, or psychotherapy, is an evidence-based approach in which individuals work one-on-one with a licensed therapist. Modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provide structured, proven frameworks for addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and more helping clients develop lasting tools for healthier thinking and living.

Play therapy

Play therapy helps children heal and grow through what they do best - play. In a safe, supportive environment, a trained therapist uses games, toys, and creative activities to help children express feelings they may not yet have the words for, building resilience and emotional well-being one session at a time. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
